We ship our games within three business days of the order being placed. You should receive a confirmation of your order and a notification of shipment. If you haven't, please check your spam filter.

All products in an order that contains a pre-order product, will ship when the pre-order product is ready. So if you want an in stock item right now, don't include it with your pre-order order. Thanks.

Unfortunately, no. We will bend over backwards to ensure your satisfaction, but once the game is delivered to the address on record our responsibility ends.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
