Replacement Parts Policy

If you have missing/broken components please fill out this form.

Here at Flying Pig Games it is important to us that you have the full and best version of your game, we will respond to any requests involving replacement parts.

That being said, we will not be able to replace parts under these circumstances:

• We will not replace games or parts from games purchased through a third party reseller that have been opened and resold. OR damaged at the third party reseller. Please contact them in this case, they are aware of our policy.
• We will not replace any parts lost by customers.
• We will not replace any game boxes, or components damaged from customer use.
• We will not replace any undamaged boxes, or components because of a printing error deemed by the customer. Printing errors are rare, and we will only replace components with printing errors where the errors inhibit game play.
• We will not replace any games, components or game boxes damaged by mail carriers. This will need to be filed as a claim with the respective mail carrier.

As mentioned before we are happy to replace games and/or components under certain circumstances:

• The game is clearly damaged from storage at our distributor, whether from freight shipping, mishandling, or acts of nature.
• The source of the damage is from the printer or the distributor and the damage did not occur after leaving the distributor.
• There is a significant printing error that affects game play. Marginal errors will not be eligible for replacements.
• The game must have been purchased directly from us either from the webstore, our booth at a convention, or crowdfunding.
